One of Topp's most popular window actuators the C40 is ideal for use on a number of different window types including, Top, Side, Bottom Hung windows and Roof Domes. Whether it be for smoke venting purposes or natural ventilation, this product has an opening and closing force of 400N meaning there's not many windows this actuator cant automate.
This chain actuator features an adjustable chain stroke with 7 settings easily set using a dial located on the actuators body, This provides adjustment between 100mm to 500mm with set points at 50mm intervals.
The C40 is suitable for mounting to bottom hung inwards opening windows and top hung windows with a minimum window height of 300mm with a maximum opening stroke of 100mm. Fully CE Marked and compliant this actuator meets all of the required EU safety tests.
