Administrator / Customer Service Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/ Customer Service Assistant to join the Be Safe Direct team. Be Safe Direct is an online platform that supplies Fire Safety Systems nationwide.

Goals and Objectives:

  • Be the first point of contact over the telephone and effectively managing calls.
  • Taking orders over the phone on our Magento/ SagePay systems.
  • Allocating stock to orders.
  • Customer service calls to customers.
  • Assist the Marketing departments with monthly reporting.
  • Managing and replying to email enquiries.

Operational Effectiveness:

  • Managing new sales and quote enquiries.
  • Gather customer information and collate.
  • Arranging customer deliveries.
  • Ensure that invoices are sent with all correct information present.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure all project information is accurate and pass to the Estimating team.
  • Research new product suppliers when requested.
  • Weekly reporting.
  • Advocate customer service excellence.
  • Update the website with any new products and alterations to prices.
  • Portray customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience in Customer Service/ Administration role and have an excellent telephone manner with an eye for attention to detail.
