A complete natural smoke ventilation package that provides ‘out of the box’ protection for small, lobbied single stair residential buildings. It is designed for use where lobby travel distance is less than 4.5m. Package options include:

This natural smoke ventilation system is intended for use in small single stair residential buildings (ground and 3 floors) with no lobby protection. Where there are no more than two apartments per floor and each apartment has an internal protected hall, it provides Building Regulation-approved venting performance and reliability at a highly competitive price.
