Q: How much does the delivery cost to mainland England, Scotland and Wales?

A: We deliver to mainland addresses in England, much of Scotland and Wales.

All stock* items ordered before 11.30 am on a working day are sent by next-day delivery service (arriving anytime from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm) at the following cost:

Carriage for All Orders - £7.95 +VAT

(Weekend and bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day).

Q: How much does the delivery cost to the other areas?

A: If your delivery address is in upper Scotland and Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, (Postcodes HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA15-17, PA20, PA 41-49, PH42-44, PA60-PA78, TR21-25, ZE, BT, JE, GY, AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA38, PH4-PH41, PH49-PH50) the service will be a 2/3 day delivery.

Q: Do you delivery to countries outside the UK?

A: Currently we deliver only to the areas listed above.

Q: If I order multiples of the same product will I get a discount?

A: We offer bulk discounts on selected product lines, these discounts are listed on the specific product pages and calculated in the checkout.

Q: Do you have a minimum order value?

A: Yes, its £10.00 + vat.

Q: Do you offer Saturday deliveries?

A: Yes we do, this is available on stock items only, please Contact Us for a delivery cost quote.

Q: What if an item is out of stock?

A: We will contact you to advise of an estimated delivery date. Usually this will be 3 – 5 working days but will keep you updated at every stage.

Q: Do you need a signature on receipt of Delivery?

A: Yes we do, we send all parcels using a wide range of carriers or royal mail recorded delivery and require a signature at the delivery address. Unless otherwise specified we will only deliver to the delivery address given by you.

Q: I won’t be home on the date of delivery what will happen?

A: Our carriers post a delivery attempted card through your front door if no one is home and they will automatically re-attempt the delivery, the next working day. Alternatively you can contact the carrier using the information left on the card to rearrange for a suitable day (excluding weekends & bank holidays) or make a collection in person from the carriers depot.

Q: Can I come to you and collect?

A: Sorry, but unfortunately no. We do not have a trade counter and our warehouse uses modern inventory and logistics control.

Q: What happens if my delivery does not arrive the next working day after receiving my shipment email?

A: Please allow up until 7.00pm - the cut-off time - for your delivery to arrive. Then call or email us with your order number and as much detail as you can give so that we can trace the package and get your goods to you. Please note that our carrier service is extremely efficient but the occasional hiccup can occur and, although it is usually out of our control, we will do all we can to resolve the issue.
